WerkOps is committed to making our platform accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard across our website and application.

Our Commitment

We design and build WerkOps with accessibility in mind from the start. This includes:

Color contrast ratios that meet or exceed WCAG AA requirements (minimum 4.5:1 for text)
Keyboard navigation support throughout the site
Screen reader compatibility with semantic HTML and ARIA labels where appropriate
Clear focus indicators on all interactive elements
Skip navigation links for keyboard users
Descriptive alt text on images
Responsive design that works at all zoom levels up to 400%
Form labels and error messages that are clear and associated with their fields

Known Limitations

While we work to maintain a high standard of accessibility, some areas of the platform are still being improved. The HVAC load calculator includes complex interactive elements that we are actively making more accessible. If you encounter a barrier while using any part of WerkOps, please let us know.

Assistive Technologies

WerkOps is designed to work with common assistive technologies including screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver), keyboard-only navigation, and browser zoom up to 400%. If you find an area that doesn't work well with your assistive technology, we want to hear about it.

If you experience an accessibility barrier on WerkOps, we want to know. Please contact us and describe the issue, the page it occurred on, and the assistive technology you were using if applicable. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
